Making a Home for our Residents
St. Joseph provides a variety of on-going activities and special events throughout the year. These are opportunities for our elders to become engaged with others, hone the skills that they developed throughout life, and to stay interested in daily life.
These activities and events include but are not limited to:
- Apple picking in the fall,
- Pie parties on the front lawn,
- riding in the St. Joseph Van as part of the Utica area St. Patrick's Parade,
- Trips to the Casino or shopping malls,
- Summer Bazaar and Christmas Craft Fair,
- Resident Council,
- Current Events and Coffee Hour,
- Drum Therapy,
- Men's Club & Red Hat Society.
We are always searching for ways to engage our residents in activities that appeal to their interests and individuality.
